After 2 years hiatus from the Easter Show, Freestyle New Zealand returns to the ASB Showgrounds with a show that is sure to astound you, with not one, but two backflip riders preforming ticks upside town.
The past 7 years Freestyle New Zealand has been dominant name in the Freestyle Motocross scene. We continue to bring our fans and event promoter’s high adrenaline and edge of your seat FMX shows throughout the country. We are excited to head back to the Easter Show with a show that is sure to impress. Our team will be taking to the air to deify the laws of gravity and show what can be done with a 100kg motorcycle 3 stories high in the air.
We will be demonstrating some of the most dangerous and difficult tricks in the FMX sport including the famous backflip, with blackflip tricks!! While our professional M/C will take you though step by step the details of these amazing tricks and bring the atmosphere alive. This is a show that is sure not to be miss.
Prepare to be amazed by these incredible athletes, competing for the title of New Zealand’s Strongest Man. Back your favourite athlete as they attempt to take out the best score in each category . Competitions will consist of the truck pull, log lift, anvil carry, tyre flip and many more impressive stunts. Possibly one of the country’s most well-known and diverse artists and producers, Tiki Taane is considered a pioneer in the NZ music scene, first rising to prominence as live engineer & eventually frontman of leading band Salmonella Dub in 1996 before embarking on his solo career in 2007.
